Our mission is to provide the most safe, secure and private Internet
shopping experience to all of our customers.
SAFETY
Unlike several other "webstores" that rent service space on a server with
several other merchants (who knows who has access to that server), we run
our own server so you can rest assured that no unauthorized users have
access to any of your information. Additionally, we only store the
minimum credit card information on our systems needed to process your order
and issue refunds for returned merchandise. The information that is stored
is encrypted beforehand. All credit card info is
sent via an encrypted connection to Authorize.Net for authorization and
an approval or denial is sent back to our system.
SECURITY
When you place an online order with us, your information is encrypted during
transit using 128 bit data encryption technology. So what does that mean?
Well, simply put, it is MORE secure than the 40 bit that some other sites
use. Your credit card information is also encrypted as it is sent to
Authorize.Net for verification.
PRIVACY
Your personal information is very important to us. We do not rent, lease,
sell, share or otherwise give your information to anyone else, period. The
only third party that your information is shared with is Authorize.Net for
verification of your credit card information. Some sites (including some
of the biggest) don't really care about your privacy or personal information
and will sell their customer lists to make extra profit. Sometimes they
even low-ball on their pricing so they can build a bigger customer database
faster and make more money by selling that information. We don't play those
games around here, we are in business to provide hardware and home accents
to consumers at the fairest prices possible while maintaining a highly
safe, secure and private online shopping environment.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Unless otherwise noted
below, non-defective returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Buck Snort Lodge Products
are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please follow the
procedures below for your return type.
NOTE: Please allow up to 6 weeks for your return to be fully processed and credit issued.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
1) Submit a request for an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
2) An RMA number will be issued for your return (you will receive an
email from us with the RMA# and the instructions for returning the item(s)).
3) Ship the item back, once received and verified, a replacement will be
shipped to you or a refund will be given to you. (Refund amount will equal
the price of the product minus any discounts given, shipping is non-refundable).
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
1) Submit a request for an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
2) An RMA number will be issued for your return (you will receive an
email from us with the RMA# and the instructions for returning the item(s)).
3) Ship the item back, once received and verified as being in resaleable condition,
a refund will be given to you. (Refund amount will equal
the price of the product minus any discounts given minus the restocking fee,
shipping is non-refundable).
NOTE: Please allow up to 6 weeks for your return to be fully processed and credit issued.
ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA# OR RETURNED TO THE WRONG LOCATION
WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% RESTOCKING FEE - ANY SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED BY US
TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE TO THE CORRECT WAREHOUSE WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM
YOUR CREDIT
ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT CAN BE GIVEN AFTER 90 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL ORDER DATE.
ALL ORDER SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY

We currently only ship orders to locations within the continental U.S.,
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada (Canadian customers, please call or email for a
shipping quote).
Orders are shipped via the method you choose when placing your order. You
may choose from Standard Ground, 3 Day Expedited Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next
Day Air.
A $2 small order
processing fee is added to the shipping on orders less than $50.00. We must
charge this fee to offset some of the charges incurred from our fulfillment
distributors.
We reserve the right to choose which carrier to send shipments on.
Shipping lead time varies by product. Most products are shipped within 24 to
48 hours, however, some require 2 to 3 weeks.
If the shipping time is an
important factor in your purchase, please
ask before you make your
purchase.
Backordered items will be automatically shipped when restocked, unless the
order is cancelled by you.

Everything Direct does not offer any product warranty (express or implied)
other than that offered by the product manufacturer. We do guarantee that
the products we sell are brand-new, class A products unless otherwise
specified as factory reconditioned or the like.
